These terms govern your use of Cricket Goat at cricketgoat.in (the “Site”). By using the Site or making a payment, you accept them.

What Cricket Goat is

Cricket Goat is an entertainment product. It lists cricketers and ranks them solely by the amount of fan support purchased on this Site. The ranking is not a measure of sporting ability, statistics, or achievement, and it is not an opinion of the Site’s operators.

Player names and career details are stated as matters of public record. No player, team, board, or governing body endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with this Site.

Buying points

• One Indian Rupee (₹1) buys one point.
• The minimum purchase is ₹5. The maximum in a single transaction is ₹1,00,000.
• Points are applied to the player you select and cannot be moved to another player.
• Points are applied to a public ranking as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Points carry no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for anything, and confer no prize, winnings, ownership, or entitlement of any kind.

Buying points is a voluntary payment to express support. It is not a wager, a game of chance, a competition entry, or an investment.

No account

The Site does not require registration. You provide a name and email at checkout so we can issue a receipt and resolve payment queries. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. A payment only takes effect once Razorpay confirms it to us. If a payment is confirmed but your points have not appeared, they will be applied automatically within a short period.

Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or overload the Site.
• Do not use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings other than by purchasing points as intended.

We may void points and refuse service where we detect fraud or a chargeback.

Changes and availability

We may change these terms, the roster, the points system, or the Site itself at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Site without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the thirty days before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
